The great Web Trend Map project keeps going and releases today a new map: Cosmic 140. Running by Information Architects design agency based between Tokyo and Zürich, Cosmic 140 shows “the 140 most influential people on twitter, sorted by #name #handle #category #influence #activity. Plus: When they started tweeting and what they first said.” Cosmic 140 is nearly done but everyone can help to give it a final check.
Information Architects gives the poster as a free PDF because “since this time we’re convinced that the print is way superior to what you can do with your plotter.” I can not agree more.
It’s going to be another A0-Poster. Super high quality paper, the parts that appear in grey on the file are PP-Varnish. So indeed the whole poster is going to be black and white (no grey).
We plan to print 1,000 copies (unless you preorder like crazy–which we don’t expect. If you want your copy in the high quality Japanese print, you can pre-order one as of today. If you want to print it out in black and grey by yourself, go ahead.
